Some herbs are more dense than others- herbs like allspice and star anise may come in a smaller bag but will still be 1/2 ounce)

Each herb is weighed out at 1/2 ounce. It is possible you may receive more than 1/2 ounce but never less!

Cinnamon sticks will be packages of 4-5.
