Calea zacatechichi, commonly referred to as the Mexican Dream Herb, is a fascinating and culturally significant plant native to Mexico and Central America.

This is fresh premium, wildcrafted (harvested from its natural or wild habitat), Calea Zacatechichi Leaf imported directly from the harvesters in Mexico.

Also called: Bitter Grass, Calea Ternifolia, Mexican Calea and Dream Herb.

TEA: To make this tea, add 2-3 teaspoons to a tea bag or infuser and place it in 6-8 ounces of hot water. Let it steep for 5-7 minutes.

Note: Steeping for too long can cause bitterness. As this herb is naturally bitter it is highly recommend to add honey to sweeten or a sweetener of your choice. For iced tea double the amount of herbs used.
